We are pleased to welcome Stacey Porter, LMT to all eight Farm to Fork Fondo events this season! Stacey will be available for therapeutic massage before, during, and after the ride. Stacey will provide massage therapy services at a by-the-minute rate of $1.50, and you can even prepay through her website.

SCHEDULE

  • The Night Before - Stacey will be available from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, before and during Packet Pick Up the night before each ride. Whether you're stiff and sore from your drive to the Fondo location, or just know that you perform better with some proactive intervention, you can get some targeted work in advance of your big ride.

  • Event Day - Stacey will be available from 6:30am to 8:00am for pre-ride massage and stretching for riders. After the mass start at 8:30, Stacey will have time from 9:00am to Noon for longer massage appointments for non-riding spouses, friends, and others who might be waiting around the venue for their rider to return. From noon to 6:00pm, Stacey will be available for by-the-minute massage for returning riders, on a first-come, first-served basis. Don't forget you can prepay a 10 or 15 minute massage through Stacey's website in advance of event day!
Thai massage techniques combine assisted stretching, yoga postures, and acupressure to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension, and balance the body’s energy systems. You remain fully clothed in comfortable, loose-fitting garments, so it's perfect for non-riding spouses and friends waiting at the event venue.
