Hudson Valley Aid Station Menus Revealed

We're excited to share the brand new aid station menus for 2018 at our re-vamped event in Hudson Valley June 10. Each of the 'small bites' below is prepared by a local chef, served at one of our participating farms, and features an ingredient from that farm.
