Finger Lakes Menus Revealed

We're excited to share the aid station, Post-Ride Barbecue, and Meet the Farmers Dinner menus for this weekend’s Farm to Fork Fondo - Finger Lakes on August 9 & 10 at Atwater Estate Vineyard in Burdett, NY. We’re excited to feed the hundreds of hungry cyclists heading to the Finger Lakes this weekend with locally-sourced delights!

Aid Station Small Bites

Each of the 'small bites' below is prepared by a local chef, served at one of our participating farms, and features an ingredient from that farm.

MENU

Passed Hors D'oeuvres

  • Assorted cheese, feta-thyme spread, charcuterie and pickled vegetables served with crackers, flatbreads and gluten free- crostini

First Course

  • Smoked tomato consomme with charred scallion and corn salad garnished with nasturtiums & basil powder

Second Course

  • Pork belly with spatzle, sauteed red cabbage and mustard yogurt garnished with sauerkraut powder

  • Vegetarian: Potato and Onion Pierogi with sauteed red cabbage

Main Course

  • Coq Au Vin Blanc(Chicken braised with Atwater Vineyards Riesling) with pancetta, shallots, fennel and snip top petite carrots

  • Vegetarian: Herb crusted jack fruit corn corquette, fennel and snip top petite carrots

Dessert

  • Colavita olive oil citrus cake toped with candied apricot marmalade, local orange blossom honey meringues and garnished with Six mile Limoncella by Battistella and thyme macaron

  • Citrus cocunut panna cotta with lemon thyme layer garnished with apricot wedges
