2019 Hudson Valley Aid Station Menus Revealed

We're excited to share the brand new aid station menus for the revamped 2019 Farm to Fork Fondo - Hudson Valley on June 9 at Warwick Valley Winery in Warwick, NY. Each of the 'small bites' below is prepared by a local chef, served at one of our participating farms, and features an ingredient from that farm.
