We've teamed up with Stages Cycling to bring you FREE 6-week Farm to Fork Fondo training plans. We have plans for all abilities and they are specifically written for the 6 weeks leading into your event. Register for one of our events and look for an e-mail approximately 7 weeks before event day with instructions on how to get started.
The training plans are written by former USA Cycling National Team Coach and Stages Power Education Expert Benjamin Sharp, and will help you get the most out of your riding through quality, specific training to get you in shape for the big day!

What's a Power Meter?
A cycling power meter is a device on a bicycle that measures the power output of the rider in watts. Most cycling power meters use strain gauges to measure torque applied, and when combined with angular velocity, calculate power.
